Why Kalvaro exists
Finding a professional you can trust for a significant property project is harder than it should be. Most services solve it with volume: post a job, and a dozen companies call within the hour. You end up comparing strangers on price, with no way to tell who is genuinely good.
The professionals do not enjoy it either. Good companies pay for leads that were sold four times over, then compete on price against businesses that cut corners.
Kalvaro was built on the opposite idea. Fewer introductions, chosen carefully, from companies we have already checked. It is slower than an instant match, and it is deliberately so.
What makes Kalvaro different
A person reads every enquiry. Not a filter or a scoring model. Someone who considers what your project actually needs and who is genuinely suited to it.
Professionals apply, and acceptance is never automatic. Every company is verified on business details, insurance, accreditations and evidence of completed work before it can join.
We only work on significant projects. Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, lofts, roofing, driveways, landscaping, patios, fencing, solar and specialist resin flooring. Not odd jobs.
We say what we cannot do. We do not carry out the work, guarantee workmanship, set prices or promise availability. Being straight about that is what makes the rest believable.
