The natural moment to fit panels is when the roof is already being worked on.
Whether you have found a leak, been told the roof needs replacing, or you are planning ahead, tell us what is happening and we will introduce you to roofing professionals whose insurance and credentials we have already checked.
Say so in the enquiry. It is one of the first questions we ask, and it changes how quickly we act and who we approach. Water getting into a property is not something to leave in a queue.
We will also ask about the roof type, any known damage, the approximate size and how accessible the roof is. Access affects scaffolding, and scaffolding affects cost, so it is worth getting right at the start.
Doorstep callers, cash jobs and work nobody can inspect from the ground. Every roofer we introduce has been checked before they ever see your enquiry.
We check the certificate and the expiry date. No valid public liability cover, no approval.
Where a partner claims an accreditation, we verify it against the issuing register.
Companies with a trading history and a real identity, not a mobile number and a ladder.
A few guided questions, including whether water is getting in.
A member of our team reads it personally. Active leaks are treated as urgent.
A small number of checked, insured partners.

What this page will show once our founding partners have work to photograph.
This is Kalvaro artwork, not a photograph. We have deliberately not filled this page with stock images of somebody else’s roofing, because presenting bought imagery as a partner’s own work is exactly the sort of thing we exist to avoid.
As our founding partners complete roofing projects, their photographs will replace this, with their permission and their name against the work.
Get an independent opinion before agreeing to anything. Send us the details and we will introduce a checked professional who can assess it properly.
Often you will not know, and that is fine. Select “not sure” in the enquiry and the professionals we introduce will assess it on site.
Tiles shed most of the rain, but the true waterproof layer is the felt or membrane beneath them. A slipped tile exposes a patch of that felt to sunlight and driving rain it was never meant to face, and older bituminous felt goes brittle and cracks under that exposure. Water then tracks along the battens and shows up as a damp patch nowhere near the original gap. That is why a good roofer lifts the surrounding tiles and checks the felt is sound before simply clipping a new tile in, and why a slipped tile left for a season can cost more than the same tile fixed in a week.
Usually, for anything beyond a minor repair. That is why the enquiry asks about access: it is a genuine cost factor and it is better discussed up front.
We can introduce professionals experienced in insurance-related work. The claim itself is between you and your insurer.
Our team will review your project within one working day. If you have flagged an active leak, we treat it as urgent.
No. Kalvaro is an introduction service. Each professional is responsible for their own work, warranties and insurance, and your contract is directly with them.
