Specialisms Anything you are known for: materials, styles, listed buildings, awkward sites. It helps us match you to the right projects rather than just any project.

We introduce work in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider Dorset area, so we need to know where you can realistically be on site.

Your credentials

This is the step we check most carefully, and it is what lets us stand confidently behind every introduction. We verify your insurance, including the expiry date, and accreditations against the issuing register. Good businesses tend to enjoy this part.

Public liability insurer The insurer named on your certificate. We check the certificate against what you enter here.

Policy expiry date Cover must be current. We record this date and follow up with partners before cover lapses.

Insurance certificate A photograph or scan is fine. JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 25MB per file, up to 3 files. We do read it, so make sure the insurer, cover level and expiry date are legible.

Accreditations and memberships Gas Safe, NICEIC, TrustMark, FMB, manufacturer approvals and similar. We verify these against the issuing register, not just the logo, so include registration numbers where you have them.

If anything is unclear or missing, we email you rather than declining outright.
We reply with a decision, normally within five working days. If you are approved, we arrange a conversation to talk through how we work together, including commercial terms.

To be straightforward with you: applying does not guarantee acceptance. Places are limited per service and per area, so we sometimes have to decline good businesses simply because an area is full. If we decline, we will tell you plainly, and you are welcome to reapply later.
